A winter storm may have left the Nova Scotia goalball teams stuck in Montreal a couple extra days in January, but they had gold and bronze medals to keep them warm!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

On the final day of the Tournoi invitation de goalball de Montr\u00e9al – 24e \u00c9dition<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> (24th Montreal Open Goalball Tournament), the Nova Scotia men\u2019s team earned first place over Alberta in the final, with an impressive 10 to 4 score.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Nova Scotia B women\u2019s team take home the bronze medal, with a slick 4 to 3 overtime win over the Jawnettes (Philadelphia).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nova Scotia A women\u2019s team secured 6th place, following a riveting match with Quebec.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
