2 NS Athletes Named March Cleve’s Source for Sports Athletes of the Month

Congratulations, Jennifer and John!! We’re incredibly proud of you both for being named Cleve’s Source for Sports Athletes of the Month in March!!

“Jennifer MacNeil-Noble, 31, of Halifax has been named the Cleve’s Source for Sports Female Team Athlete of the Month. MacNeil-Noble and the Nova Scotia Ship Recs mixed goalball team clinched a gold medal at the 2018 Eastern Canadian Goalball Tournament in Brantford, ON. In addition to netting 11 goals throughout the tournament, MacNeil-Noble provided strong defensive play by making crucial saves for her team.

Also a member of the Nova Scotia Ship Recs, the Cleve’s Source for Sports Male Team Athlete of the Month is John Courtney. The forty-one year-old from Halifax was a key player netting a personal best 11 goals throughout the 2018 Eastern Canadian Goalball Tournament. This included the game winning goal in a 5-4 victory over Kingston in the gold medal game.”
