On behalf of the Blind Sports NS Board, recreational and competitive athletes, parents, and countless lives you’ve touched, THANK YOU is not enough.
“Seeing these adults and youths enjoying activities that other people take for granted is very rewarding. Both my boys have helped with blind sports since they were very young. They have no doubts about the abilities of people with a visual impairment. It would be great if the rest of the world realized it.”

1st place Ontario All Blacks
From CCB Blind Sports NS Chairperson and athlete on Nova Scotia provincial Goalball team, Peter Parsons:
Our girls started off the (final) day in their semi-final game against Ontario and lost 10-5. Ontario went on to beat Oregon in the finals. Our girls then lost to the Phantoms in a 2-0 game. The girls had an amazing tournament and gained valuable experience. I am so proud of them for how they played.
