Silver & Bronze for Nova Scotia at Senior Goalball Nationals

Four teams representing Nova Scotia competed at the 2025 Senior Goalball National Championships last weekend in Saskatoon.

Congratulations to all who competed!

The Nova Scotia A men’s team made a stunning comeback in the semi-final game with British Columbia, scoring a last-minute goal to tie the game followed by a tie-breaking goal in overtime. Nova Scotia A went on to earn the silver second place spot, succumbing to Alberta in a close 9-8 gold medal game. The team consists of Mason Smith, Harry Nickerson, Peter Parsons, Nick Gentleman, player/coach Matt Bartley, and coach Linda Triff.
